Visitors Day
This day was exciting and fun. It was really busy. First, Adat Shalom prayed. Then my tent and another tent cleaned up our praying place. Then, we went up and cleaned the tents until lunch. On our way down to lunch there were so many buses!! During lunch there were songs playing, so everyone started singing the songs. After lunch, Zach let each edah leave to see their visitors. I was so nervous but when I saw my sister I was really excited and felt more comfortable because she is experienced (she came here for camp 2 years ago). Instead of my parents coming, my aunt and uncle came. First I called my parents, then I talked with my aunt, uncle and sister. I showed them around. I also showed them my artwork. After that, we went to the Girls' shetach (living area), but we were a little early so we sat in the friendship circle. Then we went in and I showed them my bed and counselors. There was no tent activity so we went to the hill and got snow cones.Following that, we went where the ice cream, drinks, and clothing sales were. Afterwords, we went to the basketball game and talked. Then we went to the grass near the Gaga court and sat and talked some more. Finally, they had to leave and I went back to my tent. Overall, this day was so much fun.
