Mud Hugs were so much fun! I have a friend in Machon who covered me in mud from head to toe. Noosha (my Machoni friend) ran in screaming my name, and once she found me there was no place to hide! Noosha, covered in mud attacked! After the Machonies did their cheer (which was amazing!) they had to leave the Chadar (Dining Room) and continue attacking their victims outside. Whether it was a sibling, cousin, family friend, or just a friend, there was no place to hide. The Machonies were going to cover you with mud no matter what. Although my shorts became destroyed it was fun. After mud hugs, the time came to shower! For girls in Adat Shalom to Tzophim the showers were disgustingly filled with mud and the lines were past an hour and a half wait! To myself I was thinking that there was no way that I was going to wait an hour and half to take a shower. So I went up to a bunk thinking maybe I can take a shower there, but none of the girls had showered yet so that would be an hour wait as well. I took a minute to think and ran back up to my tent and put a bathing suit on (knowing me, Dalia, I always have a plan B!) After I put my bathing suit on I put sandals on, took a towel and everything else I needed to take a shower with, and ran down to the Whizin! Of course my friend from the bunk I tried to shower in came along as well. I was right in front of the Whizin building, I sat down on my butt and took a shower using the spicket. It was freezing cold! This year, Mud Hugs were absolutely amazing!
